Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform triage and registration
- Assist to prepare and dispense medication
- Responsible for front-desk duties such as appointments, billing and payment collection, handle enquiries (email/phone/walk-in) etc
- Perform medical claims submission in various claims portal
- Responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the clinic facilities
- Any other duties as required
Requirements:
- Min 1 year of working experience on the related field (on the job training will be provided)
- Able to work weekdays and both weekends (including nights)
- Able to work on shift
- Comfortable to be deployed between multiple locations (West Coast and Serangoon)
